Don’t Forget: Sending Prayer Night & After Party, complete with Inflatables and Kona Ice, begins at 6:30 pm.

Begin: Gather your family, put away technology/devices, and grab your Bibles. **Parents, be prepared to share the word or verse the Holy Spirit gave you for each child.

Read it:

Psalm 100:1-5 Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.

Do it:

Take some time to build one another up. Single each family member out, encourage them, call out the growth you have seen, give a prophetic word, anoint them, and pray over them. Now is the time to share what the Holy Spirit has been saying about each of your children and the upcoming school year.

Once everyone has been prayed over, have some fun together!

Here are some ideas:

1. Play your favorite board game

2. Go on a family walk or bike ride

3. Play a sport together

4. Act out a Bible story

5. Movie Night

Pray it:

Father, you are the God of joy. Being with you, and living our life for you is the best way to live. Thank you for all the gifts we enjoy daily that come straight from your heart. We are a thankful family and have everything we need in you. Holy Spirit, give us the mind of Christ and show us what it looks like to live life abundantly.
